Message to all our patients

From Wednesday 01.02.23 we are making some changes to the way we operate our Appointment System.

Pre-bookable GP appointments for non-urgent issues will be made available up to 6 weeks in advance. The remainder of our appointments will be available on the same day for more urgent problems and will primarily be face-to-face consultations. These will be for appointments with our GP’s as well as our Team of talented Advanced Care Practitioners.

Our reception team will be required to ask you some questions regarding the nature of your problem so that they can book you an appointment with the most appropriate service/ Healthcare Professional (you will no longer be booked a triage call with a GP first).

We will also have a limited number of telephone appointments available each day for same day problems: these will be released at 8:30am and 12:30pm. Please can we ask that if you book into one of these appointments, that you ensure you would be available to come in for a face-to-face consultation the same day if deemed necessary.
