Polite Reminder to our patients

Polite reminder to our patients: If you are unable to attend an appointment, please cancel by leaving a clear message on 01207 593580 including your name and date of birth. This is to ensure we can give your appointment to someone else, which we can often do at short notice.

Last week, we recorded 75 DNA’s (Did Not Attends) including:

4 hours 30 mins of GP time, 15 minutes of ANP time (Advanced Nurse Practitioner), 2 hours 30 minutes of Diabetes Specialist Nurse time, 6 hours of Practice Nurse time, 30 minutes of Healthcare Assistant time and 2 hours 30 minutes of Phlebotomist time.
