If you are unable to attend an appointment, please cancel by leaving a clear message on 01207 593580 including your name and date of birth. This is to ensure we can give your appointment to someone else, which we can often do at very short notice.
Last month, we recorded 233 Did Not Attends, which averages 58 hours and 15 minutes of wasted clinical time.
