If you’re a patient at our GP surgery, you can now use the NHS App, a simple and secure way to book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP health record, check your test results and update your contact details, on your smartphone or tablet.

The NHS App gives you more control over your health and care and enables you to access your GP medical record securely.  This means you can see it when speaking to a health care professional, for example. Owned and run by the NHS the app is designed and operated by the NHS in England to give you a range of services.

You can register for the NHS App without visiting the surgery, which is secure and easy to use, all identity checks are carried out online in the app. The NHS App will not replace existing services. You can still contact the GP surgery in the usual ways if you prefer.  If you do not wish to download the NHS App but would like online access, you can complete an online application form available at reception. You will need to bring along 2 forms of ID (one of them being photo ID) if you wish to for access to be granted via the GP surgery.
