Urgent plea to return Home Blood Pressure monitors

Please could we ask our patients, if you have borrowed and finished using one of our Home Blood Pressure machines, to please return these to the Practice. We have other patients who need to borrow the machines but a large number of them have not been returned after use.
If you have any problems in returning equipment, could I please ask you to contact the Surgery to let us know.
